Wendy Tredinnick – Managing Director

Wendy commenced her career in the asbestos industry in 1991 in an administration role organising and dealing with various contractors, not only in the asbestos removal area but for building works being undertaken, staff required for jobs, Government approvals and tenders along with Facilities Managers from DTEI (formerly SACON). This industry background and experience significantly contributed to her being a part of the establishment of Total Asbestos Services in 1998.

In August 2007, Wendy sat and passed the comprehensive written Class A Asbestos Removal Licence examination at Safework SA, making her the only female to achieve this in South Australia. Wendy is also a part of the SA Asbestos Coalition committee that meets monthly with other Government bodies, such as EPA, SA Health, Safework SA, SA Unions, Asbestos Victims Association, ADSSA and representatives from various other organisations with interest in the promotion of asbestos management, education and awareness on the broader community. Part of her initiatives has been promoting this by organising public displays at the various Home Renovator Expos and giving public talks to investor groups undertaking renovations of homes built before the mid-'80s.

As the holder of an Unlimited (Class A) Asbestos Removal License, our highly trained industry professionals, some with over 20 years of experience, can manage any Friable or Non-Friable (Bonded) Asbestos situation application. All on-site staff have National Police and SAPOL clearances for working in high-security facilities.
