TSG meticulously planned the sequential demolition of aluminium slat ceilings throughout an entire school building under ‘Lead Risk Work’ conditions. The school building underwent inspection and revealed areas of severe lead contamination within the ceiling space, as well as the presence of possum and rodent excrement that necessitated immediate attention before refurbishment works could commence. The result, a full enclosure of 200um plastic complete with neg-air filtration and 5 Stage shower decontamination to facilitate the complete remediation of the ceiling space of a lead-containing dust, followed by a full anti-microbial deep clean removing all traces of rodent faeces and urine.
