Total Services Group was the only provider of hazardous materials removal services entrusted with the removal of a 700m2 asbestos-containing deep six-story roof from a five-story building, which is situated directly opposite a busy primary school.
The work involved meticulous removal of Deep 6 roofing, complete disposal of all contaminated insulation and debris within the roof space, and multiple crane lifts into TSG EPA-registered vehicles for disposal at an EPA-registered waste facility.
All works were completed without any complaints. This was achieved through constant communication and organisation with the council, traffic management teams, and school management to ensure a seamless process.
