The proposed fit-out entailed a comprehensive transformation of the space, necessitating the removal of all ceilings, flooring, soft furnishings, glass partitions, and dividers. This involved creating multiple openings and brick cutouts to facilitate the construction of the new build.
The project necessitated meticulous planning, with a stringent three-week timeline being the primary constraint. The site was situated in a highly congested area of the CBD, with limited space allocated for waste disposal and vehicular access. Consequently, the project had to be completed simultaneously with the occupancy of all five floors of the building.
