Linton’s almost un-equalled experience in the asbestos industry had its commencement in 1986. He commenced with GF McMahons as a labourer/supervisor, supervising crews ranging from 5 to 120 men. Linton returned to Australia to McMahon Services in 1993 where he continued his role as a site supervisor. In 1996 he went to PT Building Services Asbestos Removal and Demolition divisions in the samerole.
We are proud to say that Linton has been in his current role with Total Asbestos Services since July 2008, where he not only undertakes the role of Operations Manager, Estimator and Project Manager, but also the induction, in-house and site training of all Total’s employees involved in asbestos removal works.

…Wendy sat and passed the comprehensive written Class A Asbestos Removal Licence exam at Safework SA, making her the only female to achieve this in South Australia.
Wendy commenced her career in the asbestos industry in 1991 in an administration role organising and dealing with various contractors, not only in the asbestos removal area, but for building works being undertaken, staff required for jobs, Government approvals and tenders along with Facilities Managers from DPTI. It was this industry background and experience that was a major contributing factor in her being a part of the establishment of Total Asbestos Services in 1998.
In August 2007, Wendy sat and passed the comprehensive written Class A Asbestos Removal Licence examination at Safework SA, making her the only female to achieve this in SouthAustralia.
Wendy is also a part of the SA Asbestos Coalition committee that meets monthly with other Government bodies, such as EPA, SA Health, Safework SA, SA Unions, Asbestos Victims Association, ADSSA and representatives from various other organisations with an interest in the promotion of asbestos management, education and awareness in the wider community. Part of her initiatives has been to promote this by organising public displays at the various Home Renovator Expos, and giving public talks to investor groups who undertake renovations of homes built before the mid 80’s.
